Bankt was founded by a board-certified physician with an undergraduate background in biology and chemistry. That background isn't a marketing line — it changes how the work gets done.
Soft washing is applied chemistry. The wrong concentration burns siding, kills grass, or leaves streaks that come back in 90 days. The right concentration — the right surfactant, the right dwell time, the right rinse volume — dissolves the biological film without collateral damage. Every job starts from that formulation, not from a generic pre-mix on a truck.
- Custom-built equipment. Proportioner, hose reel, and rinse system engineered and assembled in-house for the specific chemistry required.
- Substrate-specific formulation. Vinyl, Hardie, stucco, painted wood, shingle, tile, and concrete each get a different mix — not one-size-fits-all.
- Foliage protection is the default. Pre-soak, tarp where appropriate, post-rinse. Landscaping is treated as if it were a patient — exposure minimized, recovery verified before we leave.
- Documentation. Before/after photos on every job, on file for warranty and future service.
